Danone

Groupe Danone has purchased the Cindor and La Serenisima drinking milk brands from Argentina’s Mastellone Hermanos. Under the terms of the deal, which was worth r18 million, Mastellone will not produce any flavoured milk of its own. Elsewhere, Danone has purchased Turkish yogurt manufacturer Birtat.
