The UK’s gut health food brand, Bio&Me, founded by The Gut Health Doctor, Dr Megan Rossi, has announced new vanilla kefir yoghurt & blueberry granola pots are landing in 150 WHSmith travel retail stores nationwide from today.

The launch marks the first time Bio&Me has brought together its kefir yoghurt with its fibre-packed granola in one convenient, ready-to-eat format, giving shoppers a gut loving pairing: a unique blend of live cultures and plant-based diversity, all with no added sugar, of course.

The innovation combines the brand’s award-winning Vanilla Kefir with an all-new Blueberry Granola, aiming to offer commuters and travellers a quality gut healthy breakfast or snacking option. Packaged in a fully recyclable pot, they include a wooden spoon to aid easy on-the-go consumption, and will be located in high-traffic commuter zones, RRP £2.00/150g pot.

The all-natural yoghurt contains no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, thickeners or emulsifiers, and is low in lactose, high in protein, as well as being a source of calcium, B12, B2 and phosphorus. 

70% of our immune system lies in the gut, and gut health has been linked to the health of many other organs, including the heart and brain. Based on Dr Megan’s scientific research, the brand believes that people and microbes thrive on variety and deliciously good food.
