Leagel brings the essence of San Marino to SIGEP 2026

Leagel once again takes centre stage alongside the Consorzio Terra di San Marino with a new gelato creation that offers a contemporary interpretation of local excellence: vanilla custard with San Marino rosemary essential oil, pears and pecan nuts.
The collaboration between San Marino-based company specializing in ingredients for gelato and pastry and the Consortia Terra di San Marino is renewed with a shared focus on enhancing certified local productions. At the heart of the recipe is an organic rosemary essential oil produced by Ghenea, an authentic expression of the territory’s herbal tradition, selected for its intense and natural aromatic profile. Through its collective trademark, the Consorzio safeguards and guarantees compliance with production standards and full traceability throughout the supply chain.
Developed by Leagel’s Master Gelato Makers, this creation delivers a refined and recognizable sensory experience, telling the story of the San Marino territory through the language of artisanal gelato.
