Ukrainian dairy company Molis is planning to invest about 1 billion rubles (€28mn) on a dairy complex in the Soskovo district, located in the Russian region of Oryol.

The company expects the 2,500-cow complex to be operational within a year. The company is also reportedly holding takeover talks with a cheese production facility in Soskovo. Established in 1998, Molis mainly produces cheese, yogurt and mayonnaise products.
