Dairy Crest Ingredients appointment

Dairy Crest Ingredients further strengthened its technical sales team this month with the appointment of Jo Watson as technical support manager.

Watson has worked for parent company Dairy Crest for the past six years. She joined Crudgington Creamery in 2001 as a lab technician before being promoted in 2004 to systems co-ordinator where she dealt with both quality and environmental issues. She will now play a key role in establishing new working relationships with customers and in developing value added dairy ingredients.
