The Society of Dairy Technology in the UK is saying farewell to Maurice Walton, the executive director for more than eight years. He is stepping down to have “more time to concentrate on both business and family commitments.” The society is looking to fill the role and a comprehensive job description is available on the SDT website in the members area.
