Happy Family Foods with Danone

European dairy giant Danone has continued its buying and selling spree with the purchase of a 90% share of Happy Family Foods in the US. The latter company has more than 4% of the US baby food sector and has more than $60 million (€46.2 million) in gross sales. Its dairy products include organic squeezy greek yogurts.
