String cheese in short supply in US

Kraft Foods’ Polly-O string cheese product has been in short supply in areas supplied by a plant in upstate New York in the US, due to a product recall. The product was spoiling too soon, according to the company. It was shipped nationwide, and the recall included 22 cheese string products. As a result, consumers are now complaining that they can’t find the string cheese on shelves. The cheeses are expected to be back on shelves in March.
