Joseph Heler has launched a new selection of cheeses called Orsom for ‘a cut above all those every-day, me-too, so-what alternatives,’ according to the website. These cheeses are made by hand with ‘quirky personalities’ and include: Winston, a classic cheddar, Grace, a delicate, creamy white cheese, Woodew, a naturally smoked cheddar and Orsom Blue, a creamy blue cheese. The products are being introduced via UK roadshows at events such as Carfest North and South, and are available in farm shops such as the Royal Windsor Farm shop, as well as gastro pubs.
