Obituary: The Collective’s Mike Hodgson

Mike Hodgson, co-founder of The Collective, has sadly passed away, after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. Hodgson, 57, lived in Keswick, Cumbria but was originally from Leeds in the UK. He first entered the food industry in 1978 with Wander Foods and in 2011 launched The Collective UK with Amelia Harvey after recognising the opportunity in the UK yogurt category for a new brand. Harvey notes that she and the team of 12 will continue to drive the brand forward and realise the dreams for the business that they all shared.
