San Miguel wins Nat Foods fight

AUSTRALIA – After months of wrangling, the Philippines’ San Miguel has emerged as the winner in the fight for dairy processor National Foods.

Last week, San Miguel increased its offer for National Foods, which topped the latest figure from New Zealand’s Fonterra. It values the company at A$1.9 billion (
