Saputo bids for rest of Warrnambool

Canadian dairy giant Saputo’s Australian arm is making an all-cash takeover offer for Warrnambool Cheese and Butter, to cover the 12% of the company it does not already own. The firm already owns 88.02% of Warrnambool, having acquired a majority stake in 2014.
