Hochwald names Rhee at new ingredients unit

Hans-Peter Rhee has taken over as head of the new ingredients business unit at Hochwald Nahrungsmittel-Werke in Germany. The new unit combines the segments special products, milk powder and raw materials management. The aim of the new business unit is to grow and develop the segment of ingredients for the international food industry in order to add value, the company says. Rhee, who has many years of sales experience in a leading international company of the dairy industry, reports directly to Hochwald’s managing director Dr. Karl-Heinz Engel.
