Equipment supplier European Process Plant (EPP) has installed one of its Mini Mondomix pilot scale aerators at Milk Marque’s Product Development Centre in Nantwich, UK.
The new system is said to be completely self-sufficient with its own built-in air compressor, external gas input and water chiller. It offers a batch size of ten litres and upwards with typical overrun control of between 50 and 150%.
