Clawson Farms Stilton butter with beef dripping, white truffle and confit garlic debuts

Clawson Farms, a PDO maker of Stilton blue cheese, has joined forces with Sublime Butter, makers of butters with inclusions, to introduce stilton butter with beef dripping, white truffle and confit garlic in the UK.

Tony Ho, MD and head chef at Sublime Butter, says, “Clawson Stilton is the best Stilton I’ve had in my life. I’ve never had blue cheese like it. So, I wanted to create something that celebrated its unique characteristics. I can’t tell you just how incredible the result is. This butter is unreal. It’s creamier than anything you’ve ever tasted; creaminess on creaminess on creaminess. Thanks to the beef dripping, it’s smooth as silk. But then you get the depth from the garlic, and the headiness of the truffle.”
