On 23-24 September 2026, the Fiera di Bergamo will host the fourth edition of B2Cheese, an international B2B event in Italy entirely dedicated to the dairy supply chain, the organisers say. An event for producers, processors, distributors and Italian and international buyers, it is designed to generate concrete business relationships, exchange of expertise and new business opportunities, in an increasingly complex and selective market context.
B2Cheese is part of a week of events dedicated to cheese culture. The event opens the calendar on 23 and 24 September and Forme, cultural partner and point of reference for the sector, continues from 25-27 September with events, tastings and initiatives spread throughout the city.
The format offers 9,000 square metres of exhibition space, a dedicated conference area and two days in which operators meet professionals from the sector. Alongside cheese producers and maturers, all segments of the supply chain are represented: food-tech, logistics, packaging, distribution and consultancy, together with protection consortia, trade associations and institutions.
“In a market that demands an ever-stronger presence and relationships, B2Cheese aims to be the place where the sector comes together,” emphasises Francesco Maroni, project manager of the event. “The goal for 2026 is to continue raising the quality of relationships and to strengthen the international dimension of the event.”
For the 2026 edition, B2Cheese is accelerating on the international front, with an enhanced incoming buyer programme and a network expanding towards new foreign markets. Within this path lies the collaboration with Michel Belissa, French maître fromager and one of the most authoritative voices in European cheese culture, who takes on the role of international ambassador of the event.
The province of Bergamo holds the European record for the number of PDO cheeses, with nine designations, and is a UNESCO Creative City for Gastronomy. The exhibition centre is located a few minutes from the Milan-Bergamo Il Caravaggio international airport, in the heart of one of Europe’s most dynamic economic macro-regions. In 2024,177 exhibitors (up by 64% compared to 2022) and over 3,400 professional operators, were in attendance.
