Sun shines at Mengniu

China Mengniu Dairy has appointed Sun Yiping as chief executive. Sun replaces Yang Wenjun, who has completed two terms as the chief executive of Inner Mongolia Mengniu Dairy (Group) Company Ltd., the company’s main operating subsidiary. Yang confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board, according to Mengniu. Sun formerly deputy general manager of Shenzhen-listed Cofco Property, a unit of Cofco, which is a major shareholder of China Mengniu Dairy.
