R&R Ice Cream changes ownership

PAI Partners has been named as the buyer of R&R Ice Cream, purchasing the UK maker of ice lollies from Oaktree Capital Management and other shareholders. R&R has been busily expanding, most recently buying Fredericks Dairies in the UK. The company produces branded ice cream for Nestlé and Mondelez. The price paid was not disclosed.
