Healthy Food completes CoolBrands Dairy acquisition

Healthy Food Holdings has completed the purchase of the yogurt producer CoolBrands Dairy from Canadian group CoolBrands International.

CoolBrands Dairy manufactures and markets yogurt products under the Breyers and Creme Savers brands complementing Healthy Food Holdings’ existing yogurt portfolio, which includes the YoCrunch products. Following the transaction, Healthy Food Holdings will become the third largest branded yogurt company in America and a key player in the natural and organic frozen foods business.
