Vinamilk to build Cambodian dairy

Cambodia’s Ministry of Planning and Investment has granted an investment license to Viet Nam Dairy Products (Vinamilk) to build a dairy product
processing factory in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The plant, covering an area of nearly 30,000 square metres will cost US$23 million (€16.8m), of which Vinamilk has contributed 51%. It will offer capacity of more than 19 million litres of liquid milk, 64 million yogurts and 80 million condensed milk cans.
The project will be implemented in cooperation with Cambodia’s Angkor Dairy Products, a subsidiary firm of Cambodia’s RSMK Group and the American Independent Business Association.
