Nestlé sells home delivery branch of Schoeller
SWITZERLAND – Nestle has offloaded home delivery company Eismann, which it acquired in 2001 as part of Scholler, a major producer of ice cream in Germany.
Terms of the sale were not released, but Eismann has annual sales of around CHF 750 million (€409 million).
Nestle said that home delivery was not a priority for the company, and that Eismann’s potential would be better realised under the management of a company more focused on this area.
