Blue joins milk moustache campaign
SCOTLAND – Members of pop band Blue are the latest celebrities to endorse the White Stuff Milk Moustache campaign.
The boy band will front the second phase of the campaign, which starts in June, and will be appear on billboards, bus shelters and milk cartons across Scotland from 14 June.
Previous stars involved with the campaign include Nell McAndrew, David Coulthard and Atomic Kitten – all of whom have sported the ‘milk moustache’ to help raise the profile of milk in Scotland.
Scotland’s food and health co-ordinator Gillian Kynoch said: “This campaign has already made great strides in raising the awareness of the benefits of milk and helping Scots to make healthy choices.” She added: “Its great to see high-profile celebrities like Blue encouraging young people to drink good, healthy, staple products like semi-skimmed milk instead of sugary alternatives.”
