Elopak to establish production in China

NORWAY/CHINA – Packaging company Elopak has announced it is to build a new production plant in China.

The company has been represented in China since 2000, but it hopes that by building a new subsidiary in the country it will be able to improve its service to clients there.

The project is a joint venture with Japanese company Nippon Paper-Pak, although Elopak will be the majority shareholder with a 75% holding.
