Dynamix move by Schreiber

INDIA – Schreiber Foods is reportedly in talks with Dynamix Dairy Industries with a view to acquiring a nearly half the company’s shares.

The USA-based Schreiber already holds a 19% share Dynamix, which operates from a dairy in the Maharashtra region of India.

The Hindu Business Line reported that industry sources said a deal was close to being confirmed, though it would eventually be subject to the foreign Investment Promotion Board’s approval.
