Friesland Coberco buys Greek factory
GREECE – Friesland Hellas, the Greek arm of Dutch dairy giant Friesland Coberco Dairy Foods(FCDF) , has acquired a cheese plant factory in Patras, Greece.
The company will install a new line at the plant, bought from Foodinvest Hellas, to produce a new yogurt range aimed at the Greek market. Also, a logistics centre will be developed at the site to distribute FCDF’s NoyNoy dairy products throughout western and southern Greece.
