Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show confirmed for 2022

The Ice Cream Alliance (ICA) has announced that the next Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show is confirmed for 8-10 February 2022, at the Yorkshire Event Centre (YEC).

The Government has prevented any Exhibitions from taking place until April 2021, which meant that the ICA could not have its planned Expo in February 2021.

The ICA said it was offered alternatives by the YEC in Harrogate however, in discussion with exhibitors and members, May was considered to be too far into the season and November too early for the 2022 season.

The ICA says it wishes to build upon the success of the 2020 Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show and ensure that the next Expo will be well attended for exhibitors and visitors.

The organisers are planning for the 2022 Expo to be the biggest and best Expo for many years. The majority of exhibitors who were booked for 2021 have reportedly committed to promoting their businesses at the 2022 expo. The ICA says it will be providing more information about 2022 exhibitors within its e-newsletters throughout 2021.

Anyone who has already registered for the 2021 Expo will be automatically registered for the 2022 Expo – if you do not wish to attend in 2022, contact the ICA; if you would like to register, click here.

Entries have now closed for the ICA’s Mobiler of the Year and the National Ice Cream Competition 2021, sponsored by AHT, ETi Ltd and Parkers Packaging. The winner of Mobile of the Year and the winners of the National Ice Cream Competition 2021 will be announced at a virtual award ceremony sponsored by Machinery World in Spring 2021.

Parlour of the Year, sponsored by Antonelli, will be launched in 2021 with the winner announced in 2022.
