Aberdeen Milk Services (AMS) has introduced a new range of soft cheeses featuring savoury toppings.
The soft lactic curd cheese, made with pasteurised milk, has been fused with a variety of toppings, including sun dried tomatoes and mixed sweet peppers. Jean McVey, department supervisor at AMS, hopes the new cheese will appeal to both the catering and retail markets.
