A new ritual in the gelato shop with Leagel edible perfumes

Leagel’s six gelato perfumes based on essential oils from natural extracts are a first of its kind innovation that revolutionises the taste experience of artisanal gelato, an insight from the company to respond to the growing explorative quest of the modern consumer, who wants to experiment through the senses and discover new ways of experiencing food.
The six gluten free and plant based formulations have been designed to enhance the aroma of artisanal gelato through exclusive pairings developed by Leagel and contain selected raw materials with designation of origin, skilfully crafted in Italy through the distillation of small quantities at a time in a steam current or the pressing of peels (in the case of citrus fruits).
The selection consists of Sicilian orange, damask rose, lavender, Sri Lankan cinnamon, Nepalese pepper and cardamom, available individually or within two thematic sets, the floral mix and the spicy mix.
Also available to the gelato maker is a practical service box in which to place cones or cups and spray the fragrances. The box, specially developed for the point of sale, preserves the pure aroma and guarantees a controlled and clean application. Here, then, the service in gelato parlours is transformed intro a true multi-sensory experience.
