Meet leading dairy brands at IFE 2025

IFE, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, will return to Excel London in the UK on 17-19 March, with networking opportunities, insightful discussions and quality brands. An estimated 30,000 visitors will be seeing the 1,500 exhibitors showcase their wares from 105 countries, according to the organisers.

For over 40 years, IFE has been a trade event for, food, drink and hospitality professionals. With 15 food and drink zones to explore, there’s something for every corner of the industry. From speciality foods to plant-based innovation, and a dedicated cheese and dairy pavilion, the event reflects the breadth and diversity of the sector. The fresh produce section, in partnership with the Fresh Produce Consortium, is set to expand further in 2025, bringing even more products to discover.

On the show’s Future Food stage, Alessio D’Antino, co-founder and CEO of Forward Fooding, will present a session titled, “10 Years of AgriFoodTech: Insights and Future Outlooks from the Global Ecosystem & The FoodTech 500,” and Claire Mackenzie, producer of the documentary Six Inches of Soil, will discuss “Cultivating Change, Regenerative Agriculture in the Future of Food.”

Other topics covered across the three days of the show include how vertical farming might shape the future of food, how the UK can navigate changes to its border strategy, and the ongoing need for the National Food Strategy.

Meanwhile, as the importance of digital channels continues to grow, the discussion “Online Shopping as a Trend Predictor in the Food & Drink Industry” promises to offer valuable insights into how online shopping data can forecast trends and drive product innovation. Moderated by Debbie Davies of Contigo Management, with panellists Louise Armour of Rosetta Brands and Stephen Minall of FDReviews (a speaker at our Expo in Harrogate two years ago), the session will challenge conventional thinking and provide actionable takeaways.

These panel discussions represent just a small selection of the varied content programme planned for the Future Food stage at IFE 2025. Across three days, the stage will host a series of talks, panels, and presentations from industry thought leaders, providing attendees with unparalleled insights into emerging trends, sustainable solutions, and the future of food and drink innovation.
