Okeanos and MCT Dairies partner to distribute dairy packaging

Okeanos, an advanced materials company behind the Made From Stone technology, has announced a strategic distribution partnership with MCT Dairies, a global dairy ingredients firm. The agreement enables MCT Dairies to distribute Okeanos’ Made From Stone compounds throughout its dairy client network, offering producers an alternative to traditional plastic packaging. Made From Stone technology replaces the majority of plastic resin with renewable calcium carbonate to significantly reduce plastic content and carbon footprint while maintaining the durability and barrier properties essential for dairy products such as cheese, yogurt, butter and creamers.
