Grunwald celebrates 60 years

Grunwald of Germany is celebrating 60 years in the industry by expanding its production shop, which is due to be extended by approximately 1,000 square meters in order to create the space required for four new milling machines. The renewed extension of the production facilities will create sufficient space for another 40 working places in the technical and programming department.
According to managing director, Ralf Muller, the changes will focus on the further development of machinery and dosing technology. This will allow for Grunwald to strengthen its position in the world market in the field of format flexible cup and bucket filling machines.
Grunwald is also a general contractor for complete filling and packing lines, which will begin to be offered to an increased extent. For this purpose the network of partners will be intensified and extended further. This will be done through the use of the filling line for UF-white-cheese. This is a filling, coagulation and closing machine developed to produce various types of soft cheese to be filled in ready-made plastic cups.
Cooperation partners Grunwald and Alpma, offer this machine as a turnkey project and will present it jointly at the Deutsche Molkereikongress in Munich next month.
