Hot hot hot!

The heatwave across the Northern Hemisphere, especially here in the UK, has meant that ice cream sales have been buoyant. Indeed, Germany is also enjoying high temperatures as well as frozen yogurt. Frozen yogurt has been a slow growth trend, but it looks like it will spread from the US. I am sure Greek style will be popular. Meanwhile, if you have a kiosk or shop, sales are up. This is all good news and welcome after a few dismal summers here in Europe. And truly ice cream is one of the most pleasant ways to eat dairy.

The only downside is the no doubt impending hosepipe ban…
