Yorlife introduces a kefir ice cream

Made on a farm in the heart of Yorkshire, Yorvale’s Yorlife kefir ice cream is a first to the UK market. The low-fat treat is made using Yorlife kefir, a milk drink cultured with 13 kefir strains.
The powerful probiotic benefits are attributed from the billions of live microorganisms which lie dormant in the frozen kefir, becoming live once they reach the gut. The cultures help stem the growth of harmful bacteria and improve digestion and gut health.
Kefir ice cream is also a rich source of B vitamins, protein and calcium, all necessary for the growth and repair of our cells.
Yorlife kefir ice cream is available in 5litre foodservice tubs and 500ml retail ready pots in 3 variants- Natural, Sour Cherry and Jaffa Orange – the latter was a winner of a 1-star Great Taste Award 2019.
