Germany’s DMK Group will once again be present at Anuga in Cologne this year from 4-8 October 2025. The company will showcase its capabilities in the areas of retail, foodservice, private label and contract manufacturing in Hall 10.1, Stand D010–C011, with an exhibition space of approximately 200 square metres. Visitors can explore classic dairy products and also plant-based alternatives and specialities for professional kitchens.

In the “Retail Brand Europe” segment, this year’s products under the Milram brand include Garlic-Chilli Quark, Natural Kefir Drink, and Peach-Passion Fruit Porridge. In 2026, the company will preview cheddar slices designed for hot applications such as burgers, and Buttermilk Zero – the first buttermilk on the market with no added sugar, DMK says.

In the foodservice segment, the DMK Business Unit Brand will present, under the Milram Food-Service and Oldenburger Professional brands, a variety of whipping cream types, fruit yogurts in Peach-Passion Fruit, Strawberry, and Reduced Sugar Strawberry flavours, as well as plant-based options such as Milram VeJog and a vegan alternative to sour cream. Original sour cream and various cheese varieties complete the product range.

The Business Unit International will also present Oldenburger Barista Milk, a reduced-fat cooking cream, and Performance Whipping Cream. A selection from the existing Oldenburger range, including Whipping Cream, Mozzarella, Red Cheddar, Butter and Crème Brûlée, will also be on-stand.

A highlight will be the presence of barista Sarah Schweizer, who will bring the Oldenburger Barista Milk to life with creative signature drinks and classic coffee variations. Culinary inspiration will also be provided by Heiko Antoniewicz, a German chef and a brand ambassador for the DMK Group.

In addition to its product offerings, the DMK Group will provide information on current sustainability initiatives such as the “Net Zero Farm” project and the introduction of the QM++ raw material stream, which enables large parts of the portfolio to be offered in housing form
