Milky Mist Dairy Food investing in India plant

Milky Mist Dairy Food has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Maharashtra for setting up a large-scale milk processing and products facility in the Indian state.
The €126.5 million project is expected to generate employment for around 800 people and one million litres per day will be processed, expandable to 2.5 million litres. Products will include paneer, yoghurt, curd, mozzarella cheese, ice cream, butter and ghee, and it will be located on a 48.15 acre site. Milk for the plant will be sourced from within the state.
