Claire MacEvilly is the communications manager for Food for Health Ireland. Claire has a masters in nutrition communications and previously worked for Kellogg’s, Hill and Knowlton PR and the British Nutrition Foundation. Claire is a qualified public health nutritionist and prior to joining FHI she was the Senior Communications Manager with the Medical Research Council Human Nutrition Research in Cambridge, UK. She has particular expertise in developing communications strategies for research to engage with diverse audiences including the public, policy makers and practitioners. She is Director of the European Nutrition Leadership Advanced Programme and a member of the Advisory Board for the Journal Nutrition Bulletin.
